Data Scientist

 

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Data Scientist at inne, you will:

  • Perform data mining and analysis to optimize inne-algorithms for biological data interpretation of fertility hormones
  • Manage AI/machine learning models for system algorithms and incoming biological data
  • Close collaboration with the teams of data scientists, biologists and software engineers 
  • Propose, plan and execute research projects and product usability studies 

 

ESSENTIAL TO HAVE

  • A Ph.D. degree or master’s with at least 2 years of experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, mathematics, statistics  
  • Programming for data analysis in python (pandas, numpy, scipy, scikit-learn) 
  • Experience in working with noSQL/SQL databases
  • Strong statistical analysis skills with the ability to share insights across cross-functional teams 
  • Fluent in spoken and written English 
  • Problem-solving mindset 
  • Great communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and international team

 

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with MLops
  • Experience with Javascript, Typescript
  • Experience in working with cloud service providers 
  • Experience with hormonal- data analysis  
  • Practical knowledge and experience with some cloud code repository providers (e.g. Bitbucket, Gitlab, Github) 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban
