Research Scientist - Lateral Flow

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Develop novel diagnostic assays using lateral flow technology 
  • Perform device testing and evaluate device performance 
  • Plan and execute Performance Evaluation Studies
  • Assist the Operation Team in the management of suppliers concerned with the development and production of biochemical sensors
  • Collaborate and share science insights across cross-functional teams
  • Update the Technical Documentation related to scientific experiments

 

ESSENTIAL TO HAVE

  • A Ph.D. or master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or similar
  • Experience in developing Lateral Flow Assays
  • Laboratory skills, in particular, antibody conjugation, protein purification  
  • Good proficiency with Excel and laboratory statistics software  
  • Fluent in spoken and written English 
  • Great communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and international team

 

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Assay development experience in a company environment 
    • Experience with automated dispensers 
    • Research experience on hormones  
    • Previous experience in working with Scrum agile system
