Customer Success Agent


As a Customer Success Agent, you will:

  • Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers, providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests 
  • Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls, emails, live chats, and text messages
  •  Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customer’s needs
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company



  • At least one year of experience working on a customer-facing role (e.g. customer support, sales, etc.) 
  • Effective communication and active listening skills 
  • Friendliness, empathy, and professionalism 
  • Continuous improvement and problem-solving mentality 
  • Love for structure, thoroughness,  and clarity
  • Great communication skills and eagerness to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and international team
  • A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while gaining new experiences
  • Fluent in English and German



  • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system
  • Fluency in other languages
  • Passion for female and menstrual health subjects
